Communication and Scheduling

The team members will meet 4 times in in the first 4 days of the weekdays
Whenever possible we will avoid scheduling meeting on Wednesday night
Additional meetings will be scheduled in request from the company
The team will decide on the appropriate time to schedule meetings
The team’s principal approach of communication will be through official phone calls and e-mails
If a member does not respond or show up, team members will be prompted to address the issue at that precise moment.
Penalties will not be applicable instantly, but the team sitting will formulate a set of consequences for those who default the team rules.
Results and Deliveries
The following improvements are expected after proper implementation of the team’s strategic plans:
Broad based quality and improvement that permits every aspect of Cummins business
A substantial development in the number of employees training which will in turn increase the number of projects completed within a specified period of time
